The SET reminds investors to carefully study the procedure in the tender of 3G license

This refers to the announcement made by the subsidiaries of 3 listed companies, who applied to the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) for participation in the tender for IMT 2.1 GHz (3G) mobile phone license. The subsidiaries of 3 listed companies are Advanced Wireless Network Co., Ltd., a 99.99% subsidiary of Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited (ADVANC), DTAC Internet Service Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Total Access Communication Public Company Limited (DTAC) and Real Move Company Limited, a 98.91% subsidiary of True Corporation Public Company Limited (TRUE)

According to the announcement published in NTC' s website (www.ntc.or.th) regarding the tender for 3G, NTC stipulated that the result of Pre-qualification screening and announcement of qualified Bidders in the tender of 3G license will be announced on the day before the beginning day of the tender.

Therefore, the SET suggests that investors should follow the aforementioned declaration from the official information released by NTC, who directly oversees this matter, including carefully study the step and procedure in the tender of 3G license, before making investment decision in these securities.
