This refers to the news regarding the injunction previously issued by the Central Administrative Court to suspend the 3G licenses auction and subsequently the appeal of National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) against the Central Administrative Court's ruling to the Supreme Administrative Court. The NTC's appeal is under the consideration of Supreme Administrative Court. The ruling on the case will be announced by the Supreme Administrative Court on Thursday 23 September 2010.

The aforementioned information is significant and may affect the trading of securities of the listed companies of which their subsidiaries are qualified bidders to participate in 3G licenses auction as per the announcement made by NTC. The 3 listed companies are Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited (ADVANC), Total Access Communication Public Company Limited (DTAC) and True Corporation Public Company Limited (TRUE).

Therefore, the SET suggests that investors should carefully invest in these securities and follow the announcement of the Supreme Administrative Court's ruling before making investment decision in these securities.
